Every order outside the UK falls into one of two groups. Check the list below to see which applies to you.
Nothing to pay on arrival
If you are ordering from one of the countries listed below, import duty and local tax are calculated and charged at checkout along with your shipping. Your parcel arrives with nothing further to pay. No customs invoice, no handling fee, no waiting for a delivery card.

If your country is not on that list, you pay for shipping at checkout only. Import VAT and duty are charged separately by your country's customs when the parcel arrives, and your carrier will contact you to collect it before delivery. The amount is set by your government, not by us, so we cannot tell you in advance what it will come to. Your local customs website is the best place to check.
Dispatch and tracking
Every light is built and tested by hand before it goes out, so allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to be made up and dispatched. You will get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves us.
For most UK orders that works out at around a week from placing the order to it landing on your doormat.
International delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days in Europe and 7 to 14 elsewhere once dispatched, though customs can add a few days on top.
