Pxle quick start guide
Important
Auto-brake calibration
Pxle uses motion sensing to detect when you brake. Every time you power the unit on it calibrates its zero point against gravity to learn what "normal" looks like on your bike. Getting this right takes two seconds and makes everything work properly.
How to calibrate
01
Mount the unit first. Strap the main unit to your seat post or frame before powering on.
02
Hold the bike upright. Keep it in normal riding position, the way it sits when you're on the road.
03
Power on and stay still. Press and hold the power button, then keep everything completely still for 2 seconds while the unit calibrates.
Testing it off the bike
If the brake light or hazards keep triggering while you are testing, it is because the unit is being held and moved around. That movement reads as braking. Rest it flat on a surface or hold it steady and it will behave normally.
Headlight mode
Auto-brake only runs in rear light mode. Flip the unit into headlight mode and it switches to standard light modes and remote functions only. No brake detection.
